Autumn Strife – Resilience CD

Autumn Strife is defined by a triumphant yet profoundly melancholic aesthetic deeply rooted in the American Midwest. Channels the spirit and harsh realities of Midwestern life, Autumn Strife weaving together themes of kin, land, and austere seasonal shifts. Musically, their style fluctuates between searing, aggressive "solar blitzkriegs" and slower, introspective passages that evoke the vastness of autumnal pastures. Driven by daring songwriting and prominent, melodic basslines, Autumn Strife captures the quiet grit, regional pride, and natural splendor of the Midwest, transforming local identity into a compelling and emotional sonic landscape.

The band’s debut full-length album, Resilience, establishes the core of Autumn Strife's musical philosophy and sonic heaviness. With evocative tracks such as "Autumnal Struggle," "Of Great Stock," and "A Palpable Existence," the record serves as a raw and steadfast ode to endurance and inner strength. It introduces listeners to their distinct blend of lo-fi black metal ferocity and atmospheric grandeur, laying down a foundation that celebrates the unyielding spirit required to navigate the harsh winters and quiet struggles of the American heartland.
